I’ve just finished teaching classes for this term and won’t be back at it again until next year as there’s just 10 weeks left until our new baby is born. Over the next term I’ll be practicing cupcake techniques and trying new icing recipes so that I can introduce cupcakes into my classes. I also have some new wedding cake ideas that I want to try out. A big thanks to the lovely ladies who took part in my classes over the last 12 months. It’s been a great experience.
