Sugar Flowers

I’ve been really busy over the last couple of weeks working on my sugar flowers so I have some photos up on my website. The sugar flower course that I’ve been running in Doveton has been going great and has two weeks left to go. Pop me an email if you’re interested in attending next term. My favourite flower is definitely the pink Tulip but I love the way the Jasmines turned out too. I can’t wait to have a cake to use them on.

M&M’s Cake

I loved the way this cake turned out. To get the bright colours I hand-painted the m&m’s with vodka and food colouring. I definitely need an airbrush and hope to have one before the next cake. Another white chocolate mudcake with white chocolate ganache, it seems to be very popular.
